How ever much I like the music I wrote about yesterday, I prefer a band which makes nice popsongs. I'm glad that you can find plenty of such bands in internet. I also like songs with the name of a girl as title. Maybe that's because I used to have a girlfriend named Leonie at the exact same moment a song with that title was in the Dutch charts. The same happened some years later with a girl named Joke. The songs weren't that good, but the girls were. The Fairer Sex even has three songs with girls names titles on their album.
Zack Hart met David Wetzel at the end of the eighties. After that David met Tim Schapker and Zack met Ed Epps and there is also Charlie Naramore. Because Ed does volunteers work with the Peace Corps at the moment Brenton Wheeler is their new drummer. The Fairer Sex hails from Lawrence, Kansas and Dave and Zack started writing songs, they recorded an EP for their friends and for the fun of it they started looking for a record company with this record. They got a positive reaction from Ionik Records and that why they started recording songs for their first album which is called "Two Can Win". The five or six songs I've heard from The Fairer Sex are very beautiful popsongs and "Penny", "Nadine" and "Isabelle Flowers" are three of them.>mp3: Nadine
