I'll keep it short today. For two reasons: I'm very busy and I couldn't find much information about today's band. They're called Afternoon Naps and they are from Cleveland, Ohio. The band is formed by Tom D. (vocals, guitar, songwriting) Leia Alligator (keyboards, vocals), Steph (trumpet, vocals), Mike Allan (bass), GMetro (drums) and Augustus Gus (keyboards and percussion). The songs of Afternoon Naps are nice and simple jangle-pop songs with boy-girl vocals and handclapping. The songs are built like verse - chorus - verse - chorus - the end. Their debut album 'Sunbeamed' was released a few months ago by the band and now the wonderful label Cloudberry Records has relesed the EP "Can't Stop the Weather". And like all EPs from Cloudberry: the Ep contains three songs of which you can download one for free.
